Our pricing is fully transparent—before you commit to selling, we give you a detailed breakdown that includes the rug’s full market value, any necessary deductions for marketing, promotion, and platform fees, and the exact amount you’ll receive. Once you approve the offer, we handle the entire selling process on your behalf: listing your rug on the best online marketplaces, managing buyer communications, and promoting it through targeted marketing efforts. When the rug sells, you’ll receive the agreed-upon payout, with all fees already deducted—no surprises or last-minute changes. From start to finish, we ensure a hassle-free experience so you can sell with confidence and ease.
how it works
Step 1: Expert Valuation

Step 2: Initial Maintenance Fee
A one-time fee is charged to cover the cost of initial storage, ongoing care, and insurance while your rug is in our possession. This includes basic servicing such as vacuum cleaning, moth protection, and general upkeep to ensure your rug remains in top condition.
Step 3: Transportation & Photography
Your rug will be collected and transported to our workshop, where it will undergo a full professional assessment. Cleaning is mandatory and carried out at the owner's expense. High-quality photographs will be taken to showcase the rug’s design, texture, and condition, preparing it for listing across our sales platforms.
Step 4: Multi-Platform Marketing
We maximize exposure by listing your rug on platforms suited to your preferences. These include the Pars Rug Gallery website, showroom display, targeted social media campaigns, and curated listings on premium antique and vintage marketplaces, helping you reach the right buyers.
Step 5: Secure Storage
All rugs for sale are stored in our secure, insured warehouse. While the initial storage period is covered by the maintenance fee, ongoing storage and upkeep fees will apply to rugs that remain unsold beyond this period. These charges are billed annually, starting from the listing date.
Step 6: Final Sale & Delivery
Once your rug is sold, we take care of the full transaction process and coordinate safe delivery to the buyer at no extra cost. This ensures a smooth, professional, and hassle-free handover while keeping you informed at every stage.
